Return & Refund Policy

First we want to express our gratitude for considering us to style you. 

We always try to deliver the best products to our beloved customers and hope you will never get any damaged products. Our products are all handmade by traditional craftsmen so that each  product is unique in itself. After completing product design, all these products go for thorough quality checking before shipment. However, due to unavoidable circumstances we understand certain issues might occur in transit. We are here to help and will gladly exchange them for you, as refunds are not available for these items.

Return & Exchange of Products will only be  accepted under these conditions:-

  • Your order is damaged in transit or
  • You received a wrong product 

Please keep these points in mind given below and note you should return your products the way they were received by you (unused with the original packaging).

Steps you must follow for exchanging a product:

Please inform us within 3 days of receiving the product and Mail an unedited unboxing video on or WhatsApp on +91 98256 07778.

Before we work on the return procedure for your damaged product, please note it is mandatory to send us an unboxing video of the product. So that our quality control team can give approval for the return.

After the procedure is done in a systematic manner, your order will get the approval for the return and we will notify you.

Incase of receiving wrong product, after we are notified please note we will ship the exchanged one as per availability. Note, we will also need to get the product sent to you in return

Cancellation Policy

We can cancel your order with valid reasons due to any circumstances or events that occurred. Please note that we will notify you when we will cancel your order.

We understand if anyone wants to cancel their order because it happens that sometimes by mistake, you order the wrong product or order something accidentally. If you wish to cancel your order before or after order confirmation, you can contact us through Email - and don’t forget to mention your Order Number and the Valid Reason for canceling the order.  

Also, please note that orders shipped out cannot be canceled.
